Recipe to retry: Cranberry Seed Bars

Ingredients
100g sunflower seeds
100g sesame seeds
100g pumkin seeds
200g semi-dried cranberries
100g gluten-free porridge oats
2 Tsp soft brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tin of condensed milk (400g)
150g butter

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Line a 24cm square baking tin with baking parchment.

Gently heat the condensed milk and butter until well blended and hot. Stir the seeds and fruit into the condensed milk mixture. Spoon the mixture into the tin and pack down lightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for about 20 minutes until slightly golden. Cool and then cut into 16 bars.

Review
It is delicious. However, it's too soft and doesn't hold together well. Definitely more oats are needed.
