The baking cupboard has now been decluttered, cleaned and tidied. Baking ingredients are in their original packaging or clip top containers. I have two different styles of clip tops, glass Kilner jars and plastic Lock and Lock. My preference is for the glass jars. Over the next few months I will buy more glass jars and use for things like dark brown sugar, and drinking chocolate. Later still, I'll buy some large jars for white sugar, gluten-free SR flour, gluten-free plain flour, gluten-free oats, and icing sugar.
