Ingredients
285g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
110g butter
225g caster sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed
85ml milk
100g walnut pieces
100g chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Mix all of the ingredients until light and fluffy. Spoon into muffin cases. Bake until cooked all the way through and the top is golden brown.
I found this was enough to make 14 muffins, although I've no idea how long they were baking for as I was in the kitchen pottering around and forgot to check the time!
