Today's challenge was to make an "epic, creative salad". I made a salad, and there were creative touches. But I feel I failed to achieve epic proportions. The salad started off with romaine lettuce, and some batons of celery. Next came radishes and tomatoes, topped off with a a few types of cubed cheese, and blue cheese dressing. A long strip of red cabbage was placed over this, and then hearts cut from radishes.
And that's where it had to stop. Time was up, and the salad-eater had to leave for work.
I'm going to try this challenge again, and nudge up the epic-osity of it all.
