Today's baking: fruit flapjacks, flapjacks with chocolate drizzle, chocolate brownies, Snickers Crunch, raspberry cupcakes and lemon drizzle (not shown).
The officers and staff were delighted to be brought cakes. I explained the ones with stars had peanuts in them, and all were gluten-free. The receptionist was delighted as she's just been diagnosed as having a gluten-intolerance. She asked if I had brought cakes in last year. She had enjoyed them and was looking forward to this year's selection.
