Holding the yarn tripled, cast on 48sts. Work in 2x2 rib for 35 rounds. Switching yarns every few rounds as it pleases the knitter.
Decrease for crown.
1. K2, p2tog, repeat to end.
2. K2tog, p1, repeat to end.
3. K2 tog, repeat to end.
4. K2 tog, repeat to end. (6sts)
Break off yarn, and draw it through the live stitches. Weave in the ends.
