Lasagna Roll


I saw this recipe on Tasty and decided to make my own version. It was rather lovely, but it does take quite a bit of time to make. It would be quicker to make it up as a standard lasagna, rather than rolling it up.

The actual recipe can be found at Tasty. My deviations are quite numerous. Instead of making Alfredo sauce, I used a jar of Dolmio Carbonara sauce. The pasta was gluten-free, and I totally forgot about adding cheese! Stilton would be great in this dish. 

My brain is currently thinking about making this into lasagna pollo, with a bacon top and some layers of Stilton and spinach. Dinner tonight was meant to be takeaway pizza. It would well be lasagna instead.
