Caesar Salad


Ingredients
olive oil
chicken fillets
bacon
1 large clove garlic
60ml lemon juice
1 egg
half a tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 anchovy fillet
300ml olive oil
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
pepper
2 romaine lettuce

Method
Fry the chicken fillets in a little olive oil. Cut the bacon into cubes.

Whilst the chicken is cooking make the dressing. Place the garlic, lemon juice, egg, Worcestershire sauce and anchovy fillet into a blender, and mix well. Gradually add the oil. Stir in the cheese. Add black pepper to taste.

Remove the chicken from the frying pan, and cook the bacon until crispy.

Shred the lettuce and arrange in a serving bowl. Add the sliced chicken, and then the some of the dressing. Top with the crispy bacon.
