3 chicken breasts
1 cup Parmesan, finely grated
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tsp garlic powder

Method
Preheat the air fryer to 200C.
Split chicken breasts in half.
Spread mayoonnaise on both sides of each piece of chicken.
Mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Coat each piece of chicken in the Parmesan mixture.
Cook for 15 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes.
