Normally, I make notes on my craft projects. This gives me a starting point if I want to make the item again, or make something from the same yarn.
For a knitted item, this includes useful information like the pattern, the yarn, the composition of the yarn, needle size, when it was started and finished. And almost none of this available for these socks. The yarn is an acrylic, and they were finished today! That's your lot. Well, apart from they were probably started at least five years ago.
