Ingredients
2 cups of gluten-free SR flour
1 cup of natural yogurt
Method
Mix the yogurt and flour in a bowl. Bring it to a dough. Spread the dough onto an oiled baking sheet, and make it into a pizza shape. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200C. Add the tomato sauce and toppings. Then bake for a further 20 minutes.
Notes
I was rather sceptical of this dough, but it has proved to make the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! It really was fantastic. It will be made again, and again.
