Ingredients
280g Jus-Rol gluten-free puff pastry
cream cheese
6 rashers of bacon
cheese
1 egg (beaten)
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 220C.
Unroll the puff pastry, and cut into 6 squares. Spread some cream cheese along one diagonal of each square. Place a piece of bacon on top, then a slice of cheese.
Fold one of the expose corners into the middle. Brush the other corner with beaten egg and fold it. Press down to attach the layers of pastry. Brush egg across the top of the pastry.
Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, until the pastry is cooked and golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
